Mr. Jon Dubbs works with Walton Consulting as a Certified Culture Compass™ Coach. Previously, he was the CEO of one of the most respected and largest Promotion Agencies in the U.S. for 25 years. His background in marketing and sales began at Babson College with continuing management studies at the University of Wisconsin and Lehigh University.

In an effort to differentiate against the promotion industry competition and to bring additional value to client initiatives, Jon engaged in Quality and Six Sigma training in the application toward marketing and Green Belt Certification. Other promotion Industry achievements include multiple "Gold Pyramid" level recognitions, and serving as a Board member and Vice Chair of PPA International. Most recently, Jon concluded Certification training with RPI (Recognition Professionals Int.), and is a Member of HCI (Human Capital Institute) and SHRM.

With his unique experience, training and involvement, Jon is leveraging his Recognition Industry strategic alliances to offer clients perspectives, tools and understanding of the Value, Recognition and ROI of Human Capital.

For years Jon has served his community's children and youth through The Boys & Girls Clubs (Board President). As a church Elder and through numerous community initiatives, Jon has been a driver of people-focused services to the Lehigh Valley, PA.
